We may refund part or all of your order where: 

1) Items that you have ordered become unavalible. 

2) Proof of 'Failure to deliver' can be substantiated

We will not refund orders that have been placed in error.

Refunds shall only be processed onto the same debit/credit card to which the original order was placed.
